Our Maple Products
Our maple syrup is available in Grade A Golden (formerly Light Amber), Grade A Amber (formerly Grade A Medium & Grade A Dark), and Grade A Dark (formerly Grade B). It is wonderful served on icecream, cereal, as well on pancakes or waffles.
We make pure maple candy and cream, ready to melt in your mouth. We also have a number of other maple confections including Pure Maple Flavor Drops and Maple Walnut Caramels, Maple Salt Water Taffy and Peanut Clusters. Try our Maple Sugar Coated Nuts - they make a delicious treat. We also make Pure Granulated Maple Sugar. It is very similar to brown sugar, but is is drier, great sprinkled on toast, ice cream or used in place of white or brown sugar.
